Dr. Stamatis Voliotis is Professor and Chairman of the General Department of the National University of Athens. He is a Computer & Informatics Engineer, University of Patras, with a PhD from the same department, and postgraduate studies in the Department of Computer Science at New York University (MSc Electrical & Computer Engineering Dept.Syracuse University, NY, USA).<\/p>\n
